This is yet another flexible friendly extruder design for the CR-10 or Ender-3.

This part requires the bigger, PC4-M10 pneumatic fitting (the same size found on the hotend) to work.

It comes with a bulit-in filament guide and cable guide.

Notes:

Print it from PET-G or ABS if possible.

Post-Printing

Step 1:

Cut the end of your PTFE tube in a V shape.

Step 2:

Screw the pneumatic fitting in. Don't tighten it too much, because it will break.

Step 3:

Diasseble your stock extruder. Keep all the parts and scews.

Step 4:

Reasseble the extruder using the new printed part. Push the cut tube in until it almost touches the drive gear (leave about1mm of clearance).

Step 5:

Use a zip-tie to tie the hoted cables to the extruder.
