X-Carve Suckit Dust Shoe Dial Indicator Mount
Description
PDFWanted a dial indicator mount for my X-Carve that didn't attach permanently and didn't conflict with my SuckIt Dust boot. this was designed from scratch and uses 4 neodymium magnets like the SuckIt shoe does so it mounts firmly by simply sliding it in the slot.
The magnets I used are 8mm diameter and 1mm thick and are super glued into the slots for them that align with the magnets in the SuckIt.
A single M4 bolt and nut hold the Dial Indicator to the mount. I designed it to use as little filament as possible and still have a strong structure.
If you need custom size or depth for the magnets let me know I will mod it for you. Although based on the design of the suckit max diameter for the magnet is about 9mm.

Notes:
Print flat on the bottom, it saved with the bottom vertical when I exported it from Fusion 360. Just re-orient in your slicer.
Requirements
4 8mm X 1mm neodymium magnets, 1 M4 Screw or Bolt and 1 M4 Nut and Super Glue.
