This is a remix of the Motor mount that adds an Idler arm and front guide to keep your tumbler or glass from sliding forward into the belt and keeps pressure so the item won't slip.

Remixed from here. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3906379

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

Ender 3 Pro

Rafts:

No

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

Infill:

20%

Filament: Inland PLA Black

Notes:

Print the motor mount in the orientation shown in the last image to get the best result and use the least amount of filament.
Print time was about 7hrs for all three parts.

Post-Printing

May need to do a little clean up on the bottom tracks to get them to slide on smoothly, but the motor mount end is held in place with screws and T-Nuts anyway so it won't move after assembly in the original design.

How I Designed This

This was designed using Fusion 360.

Additional Parts

You will need the following additional items to mount this.

M4x30mm cap screw and nut to mount the idler to the motor mount.

M3x10mm cap screw to mount the wheel on the idler arm.

10mm bearing with a 3mm bore. Below is the link I bought these off amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M0JRBDK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Silicone Rubber O-Rings (I use these for other projects so I bought these, I used the 32mm ones for the wheel. Tight fit but it will go on.) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09SYZ14GJ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details

A spring I had left over from an old 3D Printer filament extruder I replaced.
