I've created a right extremity, based on the fan controller part of the original design, but this one doesn't block any of the screws.
It fits a Noctua A4x10 fan and 2 switches (optionally), which are sold by Printer-Box https://www.printer-box.com/product/12v-switch-for-led/
The dimensions are not 9.5x14 but 8.5x14 on the switch, so I made the hole accordingly.
The hexagonal pattern for covering is not so good for printing, but it isn't horrible, I've done it without support on the first try (check the pictures). It is aligned with the front, not with the bottom, to be able to print it without supports.
There are a lot of variants, check them all. All of can be printed without support and they needs to be printed like they are aligned on the gcode or the 3mf files.
(The PWM and FAN labels or just for my usecase where I use the FAN switch to turn on/off the fans and the PWM switch is for setting them to max. speed - PWM off - or temperature controlled speed - PWM on)
