Small utility wall hook

I designed this small unility wall hook to go with my other, heavy duty, wall hook, but it can also be used on it's own!

This hook, together with 2 of the other hooks, hold my foldably hand truck in my company van in place. 
This smaller hook secures the bottom of the hand truck and prevends it from swinging while cornering or braking. 

It's also very practical to store other items.
