Customizable swinging phone holder

This is a phone stand that allows the phone to swing a bit. It also includes a hole to put a cable through, in case you want to charge it for example.

All dimensions can be customized through the included scad file using OpenSCAD.

Printing

The model is already oriented for printing by default. Solid top and bottom layers are optional, I printed mine without top and bottom layers and made sure to select a nice looking infill pattern.

Other notable print settings that I used:

• 0.3 mm layer height
• 2 perimeters

Since this is a rather simple model, lots of other settings should work as well.

Customizing

I hope the scad file contains all the comments to explain what each of the values does. The basic customization should be to put in the dimensions of your phone and you are good to go.
