This is PETG, but PLA should be great as well, use stiffer filament for the bolts. TPU for the straps, or if you don't do TPU, rubber bands, Velcro straps, etc.

Designed to fit a Samsung with a case, but should adjust to fit most newer phones. Step and .f3d files below, if you need to mod to fit your device. You could print the top two pieces mirrored if it fits your phone better but you'll need to mirror bolt 2 as it will be left handed threads then.

Print in orientation the pieces are in, 0.2mm layers are good, 4-5 perimeters, and 6+ for the bolts. Use supports, I recommend 0.25mm vertical and 0.6mm standoff. For the bolts, print in a good quality resolution. The faces of the threads have been negative offset-ed so they should be close to fitting, but M8 is a bit of a challenge.

Pic for how it goes together. Dress the surfaces around the hinge. You want it snug but not too tight, so you can move it but it stays in place.

THE BOLTS! This is a potential choke-point. Go slow. The threads are M8x1.25. If you have a tap & die set, that would be ideal. If not, print out the 95% size bolts, sand & drill the bolts and/or pins until they run smooth. Do not force them. White lithium lubrication is great but a dab of whatever will help.

Straps should just slide into the grooved locations, cut them to length, if you like. I have one of each length for mine.
