Dog Paw Back Scratcher
Description
PDFWish Man's (or Woman's) Best Friend could scratch your back? This back scratcher requires a lot less training!
It's scaled to work with a 3/8'' (9.5mm) dowel, cut to size.
3MF files with settings for the paw (PETG) and the handle (TPU) are included. But none of it is critical for this model, other materials and settings will work fine. I used 0.6 and 0.8 mm nozzles because those were the printers that didn't do anything else at the moment, and detail is not important.
The holes in the paw and handle are sized for a tight fit. If using TPU, they should go in easily. For PETG, I used a 3/8 drill bit to manually ream the hole a bit, then tapped the dowel in with a soft mallet hammer. You may also want to scale the model by 1 or 2 %, to adjust for your printer's tolerances.
