The original design contains 2 type of curved nuts (standard and XL). To match all of my spools and make sure they always stay centered, I had to print both versions, which is not the best solution from my point of view. All I wanted is a single nut capable to handle all sizes.
I designed this one less curved (better to keep the spools aligned with the shaft whatever the inner hole size), thinner as possible to be compatible with the largest spool I have (AmazonBasics, 77mm width), while consuming as less plastic as possible.
You can see on the pictures how it fits with the different spools. I tested with Eryone, AmazonBasic, Sunlu, Prusament.
I included the Fusion360 file as well as the STEP file if you want to customize the size and shape.
Print it with 0.2mm, infill 15%, no raft, no supports, no brim.
