This is Oliver, a pig themed sequential discovery puzzle box I designed. There are 20 individual pieces, and five small compartments you'll discover along the way.
I don't think this is an extremely difficult disassembly, maybe a 5/10, but I think the assembly is the best (and more difficult) part! Each piece can only fit into the base in one place, and the puzzle is in determining the assembly order. The “Lock” piece is difficult to fit into “Left Panel” but won't need to be removed again. I'm happy to answer any questions as needed.
A few of these pieces require being printed with supports - specifically “Left Panel”, “Right Panel”, and “Stopper”.
Lastly these pieces have pretty tight tolerances to ensure they fit together well and move smoothly. I've attempted to make them usable right off the printer, but depending on your calibration they may require some sanding to assemble.
Please enjoy!
12/8 - I've received feedback that the Tool piece can fall out too easily. I've added a Tool_Large file that should fix this problem if you are experiencing it!
