These plates allow much firmer mounting of

PG7 Plastic Waterproof Adjustable 3-6.5mm Cable Gland Connectors

to a plastic dry box.  To hold 4mm PTFE tubing firmly, they needed to be tightened fairly tight (by hand) and without these plates, the fittings can spin.

I'm using an Ezy Storage 19qt IP67 Waterproof Storage Box for my dry box.  These plates require ½" diameter holes 90 mm apart in the box for mounting.  The soft plastic of the box will grab on a drill bit (ask me how I know) and can rip the plastic, so make the holes using a non-powered drill (or just a bit in your hand).  You may have to use a knife to remove the cut material when the bit grabs.  Because these plates cover the holes completely, they don't need to be perfectly clean, or even round.

I used PETG (PLA should also work) with a .4 mm nozzle and .2mm layer height and 30% infill.  No supports.
