My son broke the (old and crappy !) vent from below the laundry door at my previous appartment. I knew I had to fix this before I left, and because these kind of vents are way too expensive for their intended purpose, I decided to design and print one.
This was an easy print and it fitted very easily. I used a .8mm nozzle to speed up the print process and get a sturdier result. The result was so convincing I had to show my landlady real close when I left. Otherwise she'd never know it was a 3D printed bit.
This model has been designed with openscad and I included the source file so you can adapt the model to your very needs.
