The protector shields the igniter terminal connections while still allowing easy cable routing and access during setup. It helps reduce accidental disconnections, keeps wiring more organized, and offers some mechanical protection during transport and field use.

Recommended settings:
Layer height: 0.2-0.4 mm, depending on nozzle
Infill: 15–25%
Supports: usually not required
Material: PLA or PETG
I printed mine at 0.4 mm with a 0.8mm nozzle. With this, a cover took roughly 20 minutes.
PETG is recommended for improved durability and outdoor temperature resistance.
The model is provided both as a standard single-color version and as a simple two-color variant.
For the two-color print, start by printing the flame detail for the first layer in a contrasting filament color. Then pause or switch filaments and continue printing the remainder of the model in the main color.
