I had an "airsoft" grip from a previous print that didn't work for what I needed. I didn't just want to throw it out so I reworked a grip adapter from a cup handle to an action cam holder.
Instead of the standard 1/4" X 20 screw to attach the grip I designed it for an m4 screw and nut because that's what was on my desk.

Print instructions

Category: Sport & Outdoors Print Settings

Printer Brand: TEVO

Printer: Tarantula

Rafts: Doesn't Matter

Supports: Yes

Resolution: .2

Infill: Whatever

Filament: Matterhackers PLA pink
Notes:

I printed with the bottom narrow angle on the plate so that the screw mount hole was straight up and down but can probably be printed without supports if it is put on the flat side.

Takes M4 nut and screw to attach mount to grip and M5 nut in the recess at top.
