Built on the foundation of the FDM4, the FDMDuos deliver stronger low-end performance with enhanced output below 100 Hz. If you like a little junk in the trunk, these bad boys are for you. They still carry the top end sparkle of the FDM4s, but with a bit more directionality. So, point them to the audience and brace for impact.
We've created split planes to facilitate printing on smaller machines and increase color customization options. Additionally, the cabinet is the stiffest design (per kg of filament) we've ever concocted. There's no flex here. Crank it to 11 and get ready party.
Available in Bluetooth, Stereo, and Center Channel
As usual, everything prints without supports. Carefully inspect the attached 3MF for orientation.
Here are some basic (minimum) print settings:
Cabinets: 3 walls with a 0.4mm nozzle, 2 walls with a 0.6mm nozzle, 20% infill, 4 top/bottom layers
Front Baffle & Wave Guide: 5 walls with a 0.4mm nozzle, 4 walls with a 0.6mm nozzle, 20% infill, 6 top/bottom layers
Beauty Rings: 100 walls, no infill
Rear Baffle: 5 walls with a 0.4mm nozzle, 4 walls with a 0.6mm nozzle, 20% infill, 6 top/bottom layers
All other parts 100 walls, no infill
We like concentric infill for top/bottom layers primarily for the aesthetics. Use Gyroid infill on all other parts that are not solid.
Enjoy!
