OK... so this is a one-off, fringe case situation, but... a friend of mine was recently working on a Honda 300 4x4 that needed more engine work than it was worth. Rather than rebuild the engine, he replaced it with the engine out of a two-wheel drive version. Without the front differential, he no longer needed the front drive shafts, but he still needed he outboard shaft for the wheel to mount. Once the shaft was removed, though, he wanted something to cover the space where the CV joint had been. That was were I came in... this cap fit over the end of the outboard axle, clips in to the groove and has space for a zip strip to keep it in place if need be.

I will grant that no one will probably ever need this, but.. just on the off chance that someone, someday, a hundred million years in the future, might possibly need this... here it is!
