AirManagerV2 recirculating air filter for 3d printing enclosure

UPDATE: I've uploaded the Fusion360 and STEP files for easier remixing in case you can't find the Titan blower.

The addition of the Fusion model is fantastic! I wasn't able to source the filters recommended so I adjusted the filter housing to use the 85 x 90mm versions available on amazon ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0C6QFCTXD?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title).
I then decided to instead design an adaptor cartridge so that people who have printed the original files but can't find a source of the original filters can use the ones linked above. The actual surface area of the filter better matches the inlet size of the fan. I will add a link to the files and pictures once I've tested them.
Thanks for saving me an afternoon of design work to solve the problem you've already solved!

@AdamSeward_1527348 Any chance you have shared the model of your adaptor cartridge and have a link to it? I also couldn't find the original filters

Great addition to enclosure.

Technically, I printed a different blower housing and filter housing:

Then I printed a different funnel:

Then I made my own filter media tray:

And used a different lid:

But NONE of this would be possible without your brilliant original design. Thank you for your incredible contribution to this community!

Easy printing and assembly, killed my printer in the process due to my own stupidity.
Screw length in BOM should be at least 5mm longer

@Chillkroetch_1843868 Hold on there's a story here - how did you kill your printer with it? I want to make sure I don't do something similar.

@OlgierdMatus_4087841 I wanted to make the fan controllable with gcode, so I had to find the right place to plug into my printers Mainboard. While measuring the different pins on the board I accidentally shortened two pins killing the board in the process.

Amazing model. Used modified parts and roomba filters. Unfortunately the recommended fan is very loud.

Les vis M4 de 35 mm de longueur sont trop courte pour fixer le ventilateur Titan.
Jai donc opté de le fixer avec du scotch double face de 1.5mm d'épaisseur.

Does anybody have a wiring diagram?

@bradbee_329977 you don't need a wiring diagram. These voltage regulators are pretty easy to connect. Input Voltage +/- and Output Voltage +/- to FAN Blower thats all to it.

@danielschweinert As it happens, I just figured this out myself a few minutes ago. Sorry for the noob question 🤓.

Any recommendations on a fan available in the US?

@bradbee_329977 don't know Im not from US. But usually all these fan blowers are made in China. Maybe search on Ali for it? Or check the remix section others modified it for different fan blowers. (edited)

@danielschweinert Grüß aus den Staaten 👋 Bis letztes Jahr habe ich 10 Jahre lang in Berlin gewohnt. 😀

After combing the comments, I decided to try the BFB1012M fan as it was reported as having fit perfectly without modifications to the blower housing. If it doesn't work out, I'll report back. (edited)
