Voron Afterburner with Orbiter 1.5 and Volcano Hotend compatible with the BIQU Hermit Crab

With the BIQU Hermit Crab installed, there are few options for hotend mounts that explicitly list compatibility. When combined with the Ender 5 Plus, it becomes even harder if I do not want to lose print space.

2022-03-13 - Update:

• Updated the Voron HC Mount Plate- Moved the holes by 2 mm to make a tighter fan fit.
• Redesigned the Main Body Orbiter mount so that there is more room to remove the HC plate

In researching various hotends, I found the Voron Afterburner () to be a great option that would allow me to maximize build volume. I have designed a build plate for the Afterburner and the Hermit Crab.

Hermit Crab mount uses 2 3x8mm bolts to secure to mount plate

Orbiter mount uses 2 3x12mm bolts to secure to ender mount

(2) 3 x 8mm bolts for bltouch mount

(2) 3 x 40mm bolts for duct

~20 Threaded Inserts (M3x4x5mm)
