I wanted to try and make some handle scales for my Mini-Skrama/Skrama 80 so I made these.
Files include three kinds of scales, use whichever you like and remix them if you wish :)
The included spacer is meant to be used with M5 Chicago screws.
Print wide flat side down, whichever you want (You could utilize a textured print plate for the visible side !). For example the pictured “Hex” scales are better off printed inside down though.
I printed mine from 95A Shore hardness black TPU, I would suggest using something that is impact and weather resistant like PETG/ASA/TPU especially if you need to make some firewood with the knife.
Remember to use enough top layers so you don't end up with the same look as the pictured prototype scales :D
I used brass M5x12 Chicago screws from AliExpress. Just insert one side first, place the spacer so it fills the empty space inside the tang and then screw in the other side and enjoy your new scales !
