It is said that the most perfect, ideal listening environment for the most accurate and neutral music/movies/etc experience is "two studio monitors in a semi-reflective room."
This is because your shows/movies/music were likely mastered in a studio with such an environment; "two studio monitors in a semi-reflective room."
With that in mind, you don't want your speaker stands to contribute to the sound profile of your room; let alone reverberate with the speakers on top. Most professional monitor stands are made of foam and rubber to counteract such effects. Hard plastic speaker stands with flat sides will reverberate and have an adverse affect on the sound.
... I don't know how true all that is, but it makes my desk look nicer, and the music listening experience all the better. :)
With that in mind, I made these; an attractive curvilinear speaker stand that fits most 7-inch wide speaker monitors such as: Klipsch R-15M (pictured), Neumann KH 120 II, and many others with a 5-5.5" main driver.
Anti-slip feet or other material (two options)
1/2" (13mm) adhesive neoprene weather stripping or other soft adhesive-backed material that is 1/8" to 1/4" thick. (4-6mm).
Approximately 6 adhesive rubber bumpers for each speaker that are 10-13mm wide, and 4-6mm tall.
4pc - Any M3 brass standoff or screw
4pc - Rubber tubing or heatshrink to protect M3 screw from touching speaker monitors.
After printing, thread in two of the aforementioned screws of standoffs into the rectangular side of the printed stands. this will prevent your speakers from sliding off the back.

Adhere your anti-slip solution to the BOTTOM of the speaker stands.
