Zonestar P802QR2 60mm Fan Duct
About the only thing I have not had problems with the Zonestar P802QR2 is layer cooling so this thing may be a little OTT.
The thing was inspired by a comment from the9rtyt regarding using 2 fans for cooling. Due to the fact I already am overloading the Zonestar`s cheap PSU with 2 additional fans already I thought that using one larger fan to spread the required cooling airflow might be an alternative solution. I have therefore designed a cooling duct which houses a 60mm fan to widen the origin of flow around the extruder assembly cradle.
Print Settings:
This thing does not need to be especially strong but being so near to the hotends using ABS or PETG may be better. I printed the thing @ 0.2 resolution, 2 perimeters and a 20% infil. The thing will probably print without support but I used some custom supports under the mounting bosses for a cleaner thing (see uploaded image).
I must stress this is definately work in progress. I have printed the thing successfully but have not tested it yet. You may have to change the fan mounting holes dependant on which type of fixing you prefer to use.
