This screw clip is designed to attach a sheet of plastic / perspex / plexiglass / wood to your window, so you can most efficiently use a portable A/C unit.
Works with:
-35 - 60 mm thick window frames
Instructions:
-backer nut may not be needed- depends upon your application
-drill 25mm holes in your window cover for the screw clips. the center of these holes must be at least 12mm from the window frame edge (when the cover is mounted) but no more than 20mm from the window frame edge. Closer to 12mm is better, because the clip will have more overlap with the window frame.
-place washer between the nut and your window frame / cover to avoid scratching
Solidworks files are included for your remixing fun.

I used PLA, but anything should work.
You'll want to orient the parts so the flat side is down on your build platform. Parts are designed so support is not needed.
Depending upon bed adhesion you may need to use a raft with the screw clip.
