Yakima Holdup Light Board adapter

I needed a better way to attach a Thule light board to my US Yakima Hold-Up bike rack. So, I designed these brackets. I printed in PETG at 80% fill for high strength.

You'll also need:
-30.5 x 40.5 mm rectangular steel tube stock (purchased at Hornbach)
-'L bracket' steel (cut to length to attach to the light board)
-M5 SHCS (12mm min length, attaches internal spacer to square tube)
-M5 x 45mm screws, washers and nuts (to attach L bracket to steel tube)
-M6 x 25mm screws, washers, nuts (to attach light board to L bracket)
-Yakima hold-up add on screw or M10/M12 screw to attach square tube to hold-up
-drill, bits, paint, etc

1) Cut the steel tube to length as desired. Bolt (or weld!) the L bracket to the square tube. 2) Drill appropriate holes for internal spacer M5 and Yakima bolt.
3) Paint
4) assemble
5) go ride!
