Anti-vibration Bike Phone Mount

This is a cellphone holder designed for high shock and extreme vibration environments, mountain biking, etc. It clamps to the handlebar stem and suspends the phone in a shock absorbing frame.

The FreeCAD source file is included so that it can be customized for your bike and phone requirements; the design is parametric and adjustments are easy to make in the file's spreadsheet. The included .stl files contain a phone case appropriate for a Pixel 6 with a case and a 35.5mm diameter handlebar stem. 

You'll need to add 1/8" shock cord, two cord clamps and three bolts to assemble. Print two crossbars, one arch and one phone case. The crossbars just snap onto the arches (verify orientation first).

Your phone slides into the case at the top and is held in place by one of the shock cords. For more ejection protection the shock cord can be hooked around the locking tab (not yet pictured).
