Pedal for 'Frozen' Bicycle

Disney produced a tandem bicycle, to be ridden by dolls of Princess Anna and her sister Queen Elsa. This toy bike has pedals that clip onto the dolls' shoes. One of Anna's pedals broke, probably by getting stepped on by one of the kids. So I got out a ruler, took a few measurements, and designed this replacement.
