Outdoor ziptie-mounted dock for Tesla charger

I didn't want to drill into the side of my house to hang my outdoor Tesla charger, so I designed this based on a previous model I made for inside the garage.  This one has a little roof other the top to protect from the rain, and is sized such that it could be easily mounted to a downspout with zip ties.  I just added a tiny bit of rubbery material to the back to give it some friction against the downspout, and it's been working great for the past 2 years or so.
