40mm large potentiometer knob for 6mm shaft with source file

I designed a large knob for a 6mm shaft potentiometer to have better control in adjusting our ventilation system.

You need one 3mm square nut (5.5 x 5.5 mm) and a 3x12mm hex screw to tighten the knob to the shaft.

I have included the Fusion360 source, step file, and pre-sliced version with color change and nut insert pause for your convenience. You should insert a square nut while printing this as it is embedded into the knob to make this work.

It is less than an hour print with no supports needed. I printed mine with Prusament PLA and  0.2 mm layer height.
