PDFI’ve optimized the OS-VAC Neo F35/F50 to HT50 Blast Gate to ensure smoother operation and a more secure fit.
Key Improvements:
Spacer Adjusted: Increased from 4.00mm to 4.2mm. This provides slightly more clearance, ensuring the gate slides smoothly without binding.
Magnet Integration: Added slots for 12.2 x 8.2 x 2.2 mm magnets:
1x Slot in the HT50 Connector.
2x Slots in the Sled.
Stay-Put Mechanism: The magnets prevent the gate from accidentally sliding open or closed due to vacuum pressure or shop vibrations.
Why use this version?
The added magnetic "click" gives you tactile feedback and peace of mind that your blast gate stays exactly where you set it.
Assembly Note: Double-check your magnet polarity before gluing to ensure the sled is pulled toward the connector!
