PETG 3D printed rocket designed in Fusion 360. Tested in 2 launches, but with the second launch the parachute failed to deploy, which caused significant damage upon impact with the ground that made the rocket impossible to launch again.
This is a first version and is only meant to be launched a few times at most. I make no guarantees for its' safety and its' effectiveness.
Instructions:
Print nose cone & shoulder at 100% infill (less infill might work). Super glue shoulder and nose cone together. Super glue body/fins and body extension together by using the bulkhead as a connection piece. Super glue the engine mount in the bottom, but make sure to leave thread exposed for the fastening nut to use. DO NOT glue the nut to anything because it will be needed to be removable for mounting and unmounting engines. The shoulder and nose cone should be able to be inserted easily into the top of body and ejected from the body when the ejection charge detonates.
