ORIGINAL PRUSA MK3S Idler Door Remix - extruder clicking fix - under extrusion fix

I was having the infamous clicking/idler gear slip issue due to the idler axle slowly sliding out of the axle supports. This would then cause under-extrusion and, of course, failed prints.

This remix removes the wholes from the axle supports so there is no way for the axle to slide out of the axle supports.

The idle gear axle now snaps firmly into place while leaving the idle gear free to move as intended. There is no change to the original design other than this.

I have been printing with this part for thousands of hours over a year now. So far it works perfectly.
