I had a project made, and I realised after that project, it was really hard to print gears and correspond them. When I was searching for a model for a gearless power transfer product, I came across this method, but I couldn't find an STL file, so I decided to model it. I'll be honest, due to the flex of the parts, it is not efficient as the gears, but I'm sure some of you may find a purpose for it.
There are two kinds of shafts in every angle version. One is the centre rod with pin cutouts; the other is the torque-bearing rod.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE GREASE THE PARTS
Here is a stiffer version I made with shorter hub and shafts:
For each angle, only the shafts change.
To print;
2x Hub
2x Pin Couples
4x Rotating Shafts (Corresponding angle)
1x Centre Shaft (Corresponding angle)
