really great design, would love one on my makpacs too. only drawback is 30-40mm screws is not true for all holes, on top left and top right you need shorter ones because it pokes through top

Has anyone tried using PETG?
Fits (almost) perfectly. The uper opening in the edge should me moved slightly up (T-loc version). I fixed it by using a file. And in stead of using screws I use bolts (m5). I use a tap to make a thread.I would love to have this for my other boxes (older versions of the systainer and my makita systainer). Do you mind sharing the fusion 3d file?

@Gaston_2810989 thanks for the feedback, you should be able to export via the onshape link in the description
I found out that with PLA it just fits, but ABS shrinks slightly more resulting in that it doesn't fit properly. But the pockets in ABS are more flexible, which is nice.
Top vielen dank

@Adlerauge83_713029 updated design v2 available, with improved t-loc fit
I used PLA with supports for this print. Although the center hole does not align with the case (Systainer T-LOC SYS-Combi 3), it can be easily fixed by cutting ~3mm from the end. The material is flexible enough to compensate the small scew.
Overall I love the design. (edited)

Great design, really useful print and a perfect fit on a Tanos SYS-TLOC2 (edited)

The print does not work for me:
* the boot shape of the middle back of the organizer does not match the lid.
* the upper middle screw hole on the organizer does not match the lid one.
Do you have an updated version?
Otherwise, this is a great ide. Thanks for posting it.

@gwendal Yes you're right actually. At the time I must have blamed it on ABS warping and just crammed it in. I just did a test part (link below) in PLA and it seems some features are off. Apparently the systainer cad model I based it off isn't entirely accurate. If I have some time during the weekend I will pull out my calipers and radius gauges to see if I can update the part. Thanks!
