Having a lot of tiny micro SD Cards flying around forced me to think about how to store them in a way I like.
I came up with a design that has the following features:

  • Total amount of 6 SD cards per storage card. Makes it fit perfectly in my wallet.
  • Added a lid that can be slid over the SD cards to protect them from falling off (which happened to me now and then).
  • Added a version where you can slide a piece of paper into the holder to label the SD cards, and know where it's place it, once it is removed from the tray.
The last feature is of course only useful if you print with transparent material.
But if you look at my photo you can see it looks quite decent. At least for me :o)

Print instructions

If you want to use transparent material, use an extrusion width of 0.5mm, with 2 perimeters and 0% infill and 0.3mm layer height. In that case it will look quite transparent as you can see on my photo.
