I wanted my sewing machine to go slower, so I printed smaller pulley. On Juki LU-563 with Jack JK-563 (matching numbers are just coincidence) motor the pulley allows me to control stitches quite well.
Design is parametric. But mainly for smaller pulleys. For bigger ones, add some holes, save some filament.
Printed in Prusa PETG on MK3S+. Tried without supports. It printed. It is very ugly, but functional and works straight out of the printer. With supports it printed beautifully, but quite pain to get them out. Any suggestions? I have the printer for just few days and it was my first PETG print.
As is, dimensions are following:
Shaft diameter - 13mm
Pulley diameter - 35mm
Key - 2/4mm
Belt 10/4
