I picked up an Aya neo as I was impatient with the steam deck delay. The Aya Neo is awesome! I have large hands so I was interested in using some grips. There were options for the neo but they didn't feel comfortable for me. I have a 3d scanner so I just scanned the aya neo and remixed this already great Nintendo Switch Comfort grip by jgr526 and i think it feels great. Easy to print as well. Should fit like a glove.
I included all the files (even the 3d scan of the aya neo) so that you can make even better ones if you want.
Enjoy.
Update**** I have included a v2 that has a slightly cleaner contour than the first (just aesthetics) as well as modifier stl's to use in your slicer to add fuzzy skin or a texture (prusa slicer / ideamaker).
I have included a AyaNeo_GripsV2_WithTexture.3mf file which will work with prusa slicer 2.4 or later to already have the texture applied to it.

Notes:
I used 3m double side sticky tape (about 1 inch) close to the edge of the grips (furthest away from the rounded contours) and it seems to be holding up fine.
