It uses the Yootech Wireless Charger [https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Qi-Certified-Charging-Compatible-Qi-Enabled/dp/B079KZ49PJ/] and provides a cradle to keep your iPhone from wandering off while charging.

Print instructions

No support needed; I ended up using Variable Layer Height for the rounded corners at the top Z height.
