Filament Sample Chip

Custom sample chips that I use to examine the properties of a new filament. Includes a box that can hold about 24 chips.

Notes

• This is not  a "benchy", it's definitely not a good test of a printers tolerances or abilities.

• This is nice to have when:

  • Looking for a certain color.

  • Seeing how light will diffuse through the material.

  • Seeing how a chamfer or fillet will look.

• The box gives the chips about 0.2 mm gap on either side. If there is a problem with elephant-footing or lots of snot blobs on the sides of prints, they wont fit well in the box. 

• No extra tools or parts are needed.
