Qidi Box Desiccant Vessel - Qidi Q2, Qidi Plus 4, Qidi Max 4 compatible

This model is a large capacity desiccant vessel for the Qidi Box. It's best filled with a funnel or chute with one of the side plugs installed and before installing it in the printer. It keeps the box much dryer than the original packets.

Compared to other models I saw, this is larger volume (using more of the width of the box and fitting snuggly below the top lip) and prints as a single piece, in place and with no support needed. It uses only the stock hardware to mount to the printer, and the only tool needed is a 2mm hex driver.

The version I printed and have installed is around 10mm longer than the one included in the files, but required flexing the enclosure slightly to get it in place. I also tweaked the width of the extra bumps that align with the filament slots, and moved the plugs to allow for a larger opening and easier filling.

The vessel should be printed of a temperature-resistant material, but the internal ribbing should prevent it from flexing even without a fiber filled filament. I would recommend printing the caps solid or with several walls, as they can fit quite snugly and the top layers can pull off otherwise. The 3MF also includes a few tweaks to bridging and print orientation to help with printing the grill.
