Experimental Print-in-Place Swivel

This design of PIP Swivel allows limited rotational movement between two parts of a 3D printed model.  It consists of circular disk and shaft that is free to rotate in the fixed part, and constrains the movable part to rotate around the joint axis.  A small pillar joins the disc to the print bed allowing support for the disc and shaft as they are printed.  A slot is formed allowing the pillar and connected features limited movement.
