What is there to improve about something so simple.. Still some things apparently. After printing literally hundreds of these for coworkers and friends over the past 6 years, this design has been proven durable and easy to print and use.

I made a few final changes (2025-07-03) based on feedback over the years:

• Slightly reduced the thickness to 3.6mm, so it can be printed with various common layer heights.
• Removed one of the side tabs since it would damage cards after frequent removal, and people seem to like rotating colors a lot. Cards remain tightly snapped in place even without it.
• Redid the hole so the same holder can be used with wider attachment loops, while remaining centered with smaller keyrings.
  • Kept the original pill-shape and pin-shape holes too
• Added vertical orientation
• Added double-thickness holders that can hold two cards
• Combinations of all of the above

I print them with supports for the overhangs, but multiple people have reported that it prints just fine without them.
