Welcome to my first fully CAD designed 3D printable movie prop project - the grenade from the infamous scene in Robocop (1987) as used by Clarence Boddicker. If you have the capacity to do so, I recommend printing all parts in ABS as it makes post-processing a whole lot easier. If you have access to a resin printer, you may wish to print the fuse housing and button (maybe even the button cap?) in resin for better detail and less post-processing.
If you have any questions at all about the build, feel free to comment and I will do my best to reply in a timely manner, or drop me a DM on my Instagram.
THIS IS NOT A SIMPLE CLICK TOGETHER MODEL. You will need some skill and patience to assemble it.
You will also need:
Print out the LCD display image included. If you have issues with the sizing, it should be 27mm x 12mm. Using spray adhesive attach to a piece of acetate sheet and trim to size. Then using double-sided tape, attach to the front of the fuse housing recessed LCD panel area.
The main body is designed to be hollow, you can fill this with some ballast (sand etc) if you wish to add a realistic weight before gluing the end-cap on.
Spray all of the parts and seal with appropriate varnish spray before gluing everything together.
If you want realistic looking welds, check out the video on my YouTube channel on how to do this.

NOTE ON SELLING THIS MODEL:
I have no issues with you printing and selling physical copies (either completed or in kit form) however I kindly request that you give credit to myself as the designer.
