10/21/2018: added design files for openscad

Note: all screws are #6 1/2 inch pan-head sheet metal screws (except for stepper motor which requires M3 machine screws). I buy these sheet metal screws in boxes of 100 at a time and so far I've found all my designs can be made to work with this screw exclusively.
