V-Minion STL file for custom bed in simplify3d

Simplify3d Custom Bed Shape

To adjust the placement of the model.

Import file in to simplify3d move file in place and then export it again.

And then put it in the appdata folder.

setting to change this to any color you want. Tools>Options>Machine>Printer model color

You would want to put the file into the folder:

C:\UsersUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Simplify3D\S3D-Software

Then go into Simplify3D and go to File-->Export FFF Profile. Then open that file up with a text editor. USE notepad++

Find the two lines:

overridePrinterModels>0

printerModelsOverride>

Change those to:

overridePrinterModels>1

printerModelsOverride>V-Minion.stl

if you want to use the one without the spool then write that size

Then save it, and go to File-->Import FFF Profile.
