This magpie is designed to be printed in a regular material such as PLA and a contrasting material that doesn't stick to it such as PETG.
I printed mine in black PLA and white PETG. Or was it white PLA and black PETG?
There are engineered supports as part of the model (so disable your slicer's supports when printing it!). The "support" material is also used as a highlight colour in the resulting part.
Be careful not to break the feet off when breaking away the engineered supports! I snapped the feet off so many magpies!
You could try printing it in black ABS and white HIPS. What other materials can you find that print at the same temperature and don't stick to each other?
Can you print the magpie? Do you produce any waste printing it? How fast can you print it?
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
