Just some dice with a cheetah silouhette instead of a regular 6.
Well, the name might be already a giveaway. And just in case you win with rolling a lot of sixes, with these dice you can definitely increase your chances of success. This is ensured by modifying the weight distribution inside of the dice. The cuts within the dice shown in the Fusion 360 screenshot prevent the slicer to replace the solid material in the area with infill. Hence the side opposite from the 6 will be heavier and Newton will take care of the rest.
Please be aware of different slicing instructions below to end up with dice having a similar weight. Especially the cheating dice require at least 4 perimeters or the irregular insides will show on the surface of the external perimeter. Based on your printer setup and material you might want to modify those.
All chances mentioned below are determined by rolling 100 times on carpet.
Cheetah Die: regular chances to roll a 6 (17%). Just a nice die with a cheetah! :-)
0.2mm layer height
3 perimeters
50% infill
Small Cheetah Die: slightly increased chances to roll a 6 (25%)
0.2mm layer height
4 perimeters
25% infill
Big Cheetah Die: strongly increased chances to roll a 6 (41%)
0.2mm layer height
4 perimeters
10% infill
Depending on your material you probably want to paint the dots and cheetah. I did not have an opaque white, so I was not able to do that for the picture.
Obviously, this is meant as a joke and my entry of the Printables 2022 April Fool's Design Contest. Have fun!
