Trading Card Dispenser: version 2: cartridge loader

This is version 2 of the TCD (Trading Card Dispenser)

I found that at a recent event, taking out the card dispenser, meant having to disconnect the motor plug, then removing the whole unit & then using the rear slot to reload the cards, wasn’t the quickest. Especially if your wanting to keep the public happy lol.

So I split up the original design so that the cards would be contained in a cartridge, that would making refilling the main unit easier, simpler and quicker.

Included here is a PDF doc with bought parts needed and best printing orientation, as well as assembly instructions.

Info for the size of the rubber wheel has been added, 11.5mm x 5mm x 2mm is the size you require, previous link broken [seller issue]. These can be found still via ebay.
