Well, as stated, my I broke the mast/actuator section on my dropper post whilst trying to remove it to service the post(it had basically siezud up in there, and took a lot of force to remove). They also seem to be unobtainium if you want to buy a direct replacement at the moment. So, here comes another incredibly niche, but potentially quite useful model. It's for a 30.9 mm post, as comes on the calibre triple-b
It comes in 2 parts, both of which should be printed flat side down in order to print optimally. You shouldn't need any supports to print the parts. It needs to be very strong, and so I suggest using high line widths, and printing slowly (no, I don't take my own advice on print speed, shh… I'm impatient, ok?)
The two parts can then be assembled by using 2 m2 SHCS, threading directly into the plastic of the main body. From that point, you can optionally add an o-ring into the groove, and reassemble the post as normal (the original pins can be removed and pressed or hammered gently into the part). Be careful adding the circlip back in, as it will only fit in one orientation with this design.
I've added the STEP files was well, in case anyone wants to modify this for their own nefarious purposes
