Heat-Set Insert M3 Belt Tensioner

Made the bolt aperture wide enough to fit a M3x5x4 heat-set insert to avoid stripping the thread or having to fiddle around with M3 nuts.

Two versions, one slim and one with about a 5mm depth for the insert, because the slim one makes you under, or over-insert the brass part.
