Army Painter Drill Bit Set - Compact Tube Case

A compact tube holder for the Army Painter 10-piece Drill Bit Set (SKU: TL5042). The flat case that comes with the set is hard to open and risks losing or breaking the small bits. This is a more compact and secure alternative.

It is 18mm in diameter × 67mm tall (roughly the size of an 18650 battery) so it fits easily in a tool roll, hobby bag, or EDC pouch with your pin vise. It has a threaded screw cap to keep the bits from falling out. Bit sizes are labeled on the outside of the tube for identification.

The holes are sized for the specific bits in the set:

• 1 × 3.0mm

• 1 × 2.5mm

• 1 × 2.0mm

• 1 × 1.5mm

• 1 × 1.2mm

• 1 × 1.0mm

• 2 × 0.9mm

• 2 × 0.7mm

Tested with both a 0.25mm nozzle at 0.12mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.20mm layer height. The holes fit in both cases, but a smaller nozzle will give cleaner results on the smaller holes. They are slightly oversized to account for FDM tolerances. The .STEP file is included if you need to adjust for your setup.
