I always had to go into the closet to grab sheets for the dryer due to stacked machines and no storage nearby so I decided to build some storage. This print is a great fit to a delta printer if anyone uses one. This design uses 8 mm dia x 5 mm tall neodymium magnets, 4 in total. They slide right in on the inside of the model. If they are a little loose, you can hold them in place with the dryer sheets until you stick it to the dryer.
Printing was done with 2 mm walls, bottom and top layers and 30% infill using TPU filament. The print settings provided solid walls for strength and infill on the back wall for a bit better flexibility. Could print better with lower infill. The TPU has higher coefficient of friction than other printing materials and being flexible allows it to “hug” the dryer, keeping maximum surface contact.
I made it a bit thicker than I usually do to used more powerful magnets for the job. It's robust and works perfectly on the curved surface of my dryer.
